Philip Yancey is one of the best writers on spirituality in the English speaking world. I have read several of his books, and this one is another gem. He writes simply, yet profoundly as well. He definitely makes the case that there is, indeed, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit.

Philip Yancey previously served as editor-at-large for Christianity Today magazine. He has written thirteen Gold Medallion Award-winning books and won two ECPA Book of the Year awards, for What's So Amazing About Grace? and The Jesus I Never Knew.
