I was dealing with a vast amount of personal emotions and trying hard not to become depressed. From losing my beautiful mother in law, to dealing with life's everyday challenges. I really appreciate how much I can help myself. I don't feel so hard on myself to become everything all at once. I'm more aware of my own inner strength now. I'm moving forward and living my life.

It's very simple to read and does not challenging concepts to understand because they should be a given or an of course I knew about this thanks for reminding me. I liked it, it had great points, but basically just believe in yourself and reward yourself on all the accomplishments you've done. Acknowledge the good around you and that you've done, whether it's the people, environment, your own thoughts.

This book inspired me a lot. I had been in depression for 6 months, so my friend suggested me to read this book and reading this book my thoughts about myself, my life, my goals and the people around me suddenly changed. At last Thank uh to the writer to publish such book and I love it, so I will suggest uh to read this book it's really helpful, encouraging and motivating. Thank uh
