The authors Bhanupriya Daimari and Dr Kisholoy Choudhury are both Assistant Professors in the Department of Political Science at Tezpur College. Bhanupriya Daimari has MA, B.ed and LL.B degrees to her credit while Dr. Kisholoy Choudhury has obtained MA, M.Phil, LL.B and P.hd degrees. They have written and published many papers in various ISSN and ISBN journals.
