I really enjoyed Inara and Tony’s journey in Matched by Paris Wynters, book two in her Navy Seals of Little Creek series. This is a story of two lonely people looking for different things as they are matched to be married in the military’s new spouse-matching program. Returning from a dangerous mission, Navy Seal Anthony Martinez realizes he has no one to call and let know he’s home; unlike his teammates. This loneliness is the catalyst for his signing up for the military’s spouse matching program without his Commanding Officer’s approval. Nothing has ever been easy for Tony. He’s matched to a woman who he’s already struck out with. When his CO threatens his dreams of attending Officer Candidate School, Tony has only one option; make this marriage a success. Inara Ramirez has always wanted love and a family, but so far she has only found jerks. Her mother is a serial divorcee, which Inara refuses to allow herself to be; she wants one marriage, forever. When Inara discovers the identity of her new husband she suspects she’s being punked, anyone but him. Tony’s plan is to be married for only a year, especially if this gets him into OCS. As these two get to truly know one another they are finding that this matchmaking program might just have created the perfect match. I loved Inara from the beginning. She was a hard worker with a passion for search and rescue as well as helping one of her former step-fathers re-build or re-store damaged houses. It took a while for me to warm up to Tony. He’s a jokester, flirt, and quite cocky. Once I learned more about his family and past some of Tony’s baggage started to make sense. Inara and Tony really were matched perfectly. Ms. Wynters wrote a passionate and emotional story that is definitely not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with chemistry, intense conversations, and endearing characters giving Inara and Tony a chance for a future together. I highly recommend Matched to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

This is the second book in this fun series where SEALS are matched in the new military spouse matching program the only commitment is that they have to stay together for a year before they can go their separate ways We met both Tony and Inara in the first book in the series he is team mate of Jim while Inara works in the bar that the team hangs out in. Tony and Inara have never really hit it off so imagine their horror when they discover thy have been matched with one another. Tony needs to make this work or he will not be allowed to attend Officer School while Inara wants a family and to not become a serial divorcee like her mother. As they both start to work trying to form a commitment to one another things often go wrong as they react to one another but at the same time something is starting to build between them could the program have actually got it wight and are they perfect for one another
