Maclean (religion, Roanoke College) and Aitken (New Testament, Harvard Divinity School) provide an easy-to-read translation, notes on the language and history, and an index. The Society of Biblical Literature publishes the book and distributes the paperbound edition; Brill distributes the clothbound edition (ISBN 90-04-12701-1).
