I was gripped right from the beginning, and as I read further and further I found myself getting scared for all the people in Eve Dallas' circle of loved ones lives. This character was indeed delusional of her connection to Eve. As the end neared, I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. However, for me, I felt the final "catch" wrapped up a little too quickly. I wanted a bit more drama, but still, I give it 5 stars. Suzie

Murder mystery in which the female serial killer has a disturbing administration for the female homicide Lieutenant. The killer's mind is so twisted, she actually believes it is her personal mission to take out every single person who has ever disrespted the object of her obsession, Dallas, Lieutenant Eve. This series is set in the future, NYC, the year 2060, post urban wars,a fictional historical event. I love this series. It NEVER disappoints.

As always, JD Robb delivers. I've read every book in the series and I always cry at the end. Thank You for Eve and Rourke and the whole family of characters that have built up around them. They're my family now too.
