I definitely would recommend this book for everyone to have. First off this book have all my favorite smoothies in one book, all strawberries variation to make. As a diabetic there is so many to choose from and the fact that Ndeye added the serving such as the Carbohydrates, fiber and sodium are the things that I look out for in any type of drinks that I have and i really like that this is added in her book.She is so matter of fact on every drink that you can not mess up as you are making each smoothie. This is a must have book to be added to your repertoire. Danielle

I have been having smoothies as meal replacement for years. I am truly happy that I incorporated that habit in my day to day life. Not only I got to stay healthy and in good shape, having smoothies is also fun and time saving. Ndeye did an excellent job with this book. She gave me so much ideas and inspirations to keep going! Thank you for the book Ndeye - you are truly talented and a smoothie queen! I recommend this book to everyone 👍🏻

I lost a great deal of weight with smoothies years ago. I did not think I could be tempted to try another smoothie but I was wrong. Ndeye's ideas sound super tempting and I tried a few! That surprised me! They are as good as they sound, and the health benefits of losing weight on top of the fact they add nutrition we all need can not be measured. I especially like the fact she sticks to a color and they look so pretty. I tended to mix the berries I like with kale the most because it was easy and covered all my needs, but it always looked yucky. I had to put it in cups that I could not see through and sip during the day. These smoothies are attractive and that makes them easier to sell to yourself and the kids. Thanks!
