This book exposes the inside of those with a broken mind, body, heart, and soul who is able to maneuver through life daily; while battling in the toughest war of depression, anxiety, insecurities, hardships of their lives and goals, struggles of keeping relationships and friendships. “My perspective” is my view point, one’s voices, my experiences, one’s experiences, my advice, and one’s advice that provides the deepest voice for those who craves the need of help.
