Don't download it. This book is not very helpful. It gives ideas with no steps to follow to put them into action. Also it is only 20 pages roughly. I would give it NO stars if I could.

Constants are really fabulous and helpful to those who are Newly promoted as a team leader or even experience managers also who feels they are not a successful leader in their respective fields...

Its says free but why do we need to show our Credits or Debit Card? Please fix it so , somebody would not be upset because of the Payments ..
