This volume honestly pissed me off. Too much wallowing in self-pity, excess explanations, and a really drawn out fight. 200 pages that shouldn't have been more than 75 to 100. The first 190 pages all covered a single day. No end in sight for a story that takes this long. Really hoping that volume 7 makes it better.

6 books in, and the story is just not progressing. I skipped 60% of all the unnecessary copy/pasted inner monologue, and still, the story has barely moved forward.
