Dr. Arti Gupta received her B.Sc. in Botany, Zoology, and Chemistry in 2001 and got M.Sc. in Biotechnology in 2003 from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut, India. Dr. Arti Gupta obtained Ph.D. from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, India in 2010 in Animal Science. Dr. Arti Gupta’s current research interests are Animal Biotechnology, Molecular Plant Biotechnology, Molecular Animal Biotechnology, Bioprocess Technology, and Microbiology. In 2005, she was appointed as Research Internships at the Central Drug Research Institute, Uttar Pradesh. In 2010, she was appointed as Teaching Associate at the Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. In 2012, she worked as Scientist with Sun Agrigenetics Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara, Gujarat. From July 2014 to till date, Dr. Arti is serving for Sri Avadh Raj Singh Smarak Degree College and engaged in some editorial work with Springer Nature, CRC Press, and Elsevier etc. In 2022, She got the chance to work in world's top most institute, SRUC, Scotland as Academic Researcher. Dr. Gupta is also per reviewer in so many standard journals. Dr. Gupta has 11 years of teaching and research experiences in Plant and Animal Biotechnology, Microbial Biotechnology, enzyme and Bioprocess technology. Dr. Gupta has been awarded with University Topper (Gold Medal), M.Sc. (Biotech.) from Ch.C.S. University, Meerut, Young Scientist Award (Gold Medal) awarded by the Zoological Society of India, Lucknow, Best Poster Presenter awarded by Asian Journal of Experimental Science, Jaipur, Best Poster Presenter awarded by International Consortium of Contemporary Biologists (ICCB) and Madhawai-Shyam Educational Trust, Ranchi, Fellowship Award awarded by International Consortium of Contemporary Biologist (FICCB) and Madhawi Shayam Educational Trust (FMSET) and Dr. V.P. Agarwal (Gold Medal) awarded by D.A.V. (P.G.) College, Muzaffarnagar. In her honour one monograph, 07 Book Chapters, around 50 National and International research papers published, 7 edited books published by Springer Nature, Switzerland. She has issued 32 abstracts in National and International Symposia/ Seminars / Conferences / Workshops have been attended. Currently working with Routledge, CRC Press/ Taylor & Francis Group (USA), Elsevier and Springer Nature. Dr. Arti has lifetime membership of Indian Science Congress Association, Biotech Research Society of India, Zoological Society of India and International Consortium of Contemporary Biologist.

Dr. Pankaj Kumar completed his master’s and doctorate degrees in Microbiology at the Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar, Uttarakhand (India). He has eleven years of teaching and research experience. He has published 55 research papers/review article/book chapters in national and international reputed journals. Dr. Pankaj has edited/authored four books viz. Rhizosphere Engineering (2022), Macrophomina Phaseolina: Ecobiology, Pathology and Management (2023) published by Academic Press (Elsevier), Multifunctional Microbial Biosurfactants (2023) published by Springer Nature, An Objective Compendium on Food Science (2022) (Brillion Publishing, India). The area of research is rhizospheric microbiology, nanotechnology in agriculture, Microbial biosurfactants, Biofertilizers, Vermicomposting, and Antimicrobial activities of various plant extracts. He has submitted several bacterial 16S rRNA gene sequences to the NCBI database. He has supervised more than 60 post-graduation students of Microbiology for their dissertations. He is life member of the Association of Microbiology of India (AMI), New Delhi, and Indian Science Congress, Kolkata (West Bengal) and serves as a reviewer and editorial board member of several national and international reputed journals. Currently, Dr. Pankaj is associated with the Department of Botany and Microbiology, School of Life Sciences, H.N.B. Garhwal University (A Central University), Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand, India.
