The start of this new series is melt in your mouth delicious. Anything that revolves around food, especially chocolate is a good thing in and out of my book! Rosie is working at Sage's Chocolate Shop and waiting for her house to sell so she can move. She has dreams of working with her brother in LA, far away from Montana. Until she meets Brant... I received a copy from the author and am voluntarily leaving an honest and unbiased review.

I really liked this story. Although all the talk of chocolates really made me hungry. Rosie and Brant were great characters and I loved how they worked together. She had a crush on Brant before she even knew his name, as he was a regular customer at the chocolate shop where she worked. Brant's sister, his concern for his sister at least, finally brought them together outside of the chocolate shop. They were both at turning points in their lives with big decisions to make. I liked how things played out for all of them. I really wish Sage's chocolate shop was a real place, I would definitely be a regular customer.

"Melt My Heart, Cowboy" by CJ Carmichael is book number one in the "Love at the Chocolate Shop" series. This is Brant Willingham and Rosie Linn's story. Rosie is working at the Chocolate Shop until she can sell her home then she is moving to LA for a new career. Brant is a cowboy working and living in the bunk house on a ranch. His mother has passed away and now he is responsible for the care of his autistic sister. At this time she is in a care facility but needs more in her life than what the care facility can give her. Brant is really frustrated because he just doesn't know how to deal with this situation. Brant gets Rosie to help with his sister. Since Rosie is spending so much time with Brant's sister they end spending time together. There is an attraction and chemistry between them. But, should they start a relationship since she will be moving as soon as her house sells plus Brant has to consider his sister's needs? I enjoyed Brant and Rosie's story. This is a sweet and heartwarming story. The story also brought awareness to the challenges that families experience in dealing with autism. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
