Rachel has been through a lot but now that her father has been kicked out of her life, she wants to see her sister who ran away a few years ago. Bobby is an enforcer and had a gut feeling that something isn’t right. But then he sees Rachel. They are possible mates but have a lot of obstacles in front of them. This is their story. Fun and fast read. Rachel was very subdued but Bobbie helped her become more confident. Nice characters. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).

Rachel was young and naive and had been dominated by her evil father. He had sold her to an older man. Bobby fell in love as soon as he saw her and knew she was his mate but thought he was too old for her. All of the characters were portrayed very well and the story was interesting which included doubt, threats, alienation, and attempted kidnapping.
