I went into the book without much thought and i was quite surprised to say. The story follows a couple of thirty years - Dolly and Rajat, and Dr. Dave. Although having a wonderful initial years of her marriage with Rajat, Dolly faces many changes in the later years. Dr. Dave is like a companion to Dolly helping her fight her problems. The main theme of the book is the hardships of women- and it's heartbreaking to know that this theme is prevalent these days.

I was extremely fascinated by the cover page and the title in the first place. I really liked that the author kepts the book in a pattern, the author has divided the book into 5 different parts - Paused, Past, Plan, Played and Pinnacle which made the book even more engaging and author really knew what he was trying to do because the whole plot of the book was sorted since the beginning, there was no point in this book when i thought author starting to loose the track. This book also addresses the fact that we all are stuck in a loop of professional life. We all are very busy with our professional life and we have forgotten about our personal relationships, personal life, spending time with family. Rajat and Dolly are the protagonist of this story and the have been married for 30 years. Rajat Is busy with his cooperate life whereas Dolly an Indian housewife is facing medical issues and Rajat is completely unaware about this fact.
