Zero to Sixty This story is very fast paced and if you are not careful you might miss some important information regarding the characters. Not a big fan of cliffhangers or serial books but this story gave me enough juice that I am curious enough to want to read the next book. I ADORE the idea of a magical university. While short, this story packs quite the punch. Merissa is strong, and not just physically. She's the daughter of an Alpha, but he's certain no woman can be Alpha. She's feisty, self-contained, smart, and loyal. Merissa will need all of this and more to figure out who killed the dead Professor she just stumbled over. Professor Deven Rawson, an extremely powerful witch, is talented, brilliant, and doesn't tolerate fools. Merissa can't help but admire and challenge him. But with every wolf in the school trying to imprint her and a killer on the loose, Deven isn't letting Merissa out of his sight for long. I love that Merissa's best friend is a Vampire, that she's bent on defy the rules of society and even her father. Full of action, intrigue, danger, and passion, any fan of PNR is sure to love this story. Happy Reading!! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This is a good short story. River is a werewolf who is alpha, but unfortunately her father is a male who believes that only males should be alpha. He is hoping that she will imprint on a male after she turns 18 who will be the next alpha of his clan. Unfortunately for him, things do not go the way he wants them. River is going to college and stumbles upon a murder. Things just kind of spiral from there. It is a good story and I enjoyed it, so I would recommend it.
