He started his career as a pastry chef and baker in 1999, and is the founder of Borough Market's Bread Ahead Bakery and Baking School, which attracts customers from all over the world. With an incredible team of bakers, Bread Ahead make some of the finest artisan breads and doughnuts and have a very dedicated and loyal fanbase.
