Jonathan Passmore is an internationally recognized chartered psychologist and multi-award-winning coach. He has held board level roles in public, private and not-for-profit organizations, and has worked for PWC, IBM and was managing director of Embrion, a psychology consulting company working in the oil and gas sector. He is professor of psychology at the University of Evora, Portugal and director of the Henley Centre for Coaching, Henley Business School.

Brian O. Underhill is an industry-recognized expert in the design and management of worldwide executive coaching implementations. He is the author of Executive Coaching for Results: The Definitive Guide to Developing Organizational Leaders and founder of CoachSource, the world’s largest executive coaching provider, with over 1,100 coaches in 100 countries. Brian’s executive coaching work has successfully focused on helping clients achieve positive, measurable, long-term change in leadership behavior.

Marshall Goldsmith is a world-renowned business educator and coach. He has been recognized every year for the past four years as one of the "Top 10 Business Thinkers in the World" and a top-rated executive coach by Thinkers50.
