I have been following this program for the last 7 months and have seen massive changes. I have much more muscle, and just generally feel stronger. I like that no workout take more that 35 minutes and some are as short as 20. Also you genuinely don't need any equipment, although you should check the strength of any doors and door handles etc before trying them. The key is to stick to a programme and focus on your form, not just doing the exercises as quickly as possible.

I downloaded it just for the fact that the author believes in 'our own body weight exercises,which is 100% true, this kind of routine can be done just about anywhere with no equipments AND this book is guiding me with more tips exactly on this !!

About the author

Mark Lauren trained US Special Forces operatives for over a decade and revolutionised the US army’s training regimes. During that time he effectively prepared over 700 trainees for the extreme physical demands of the most elite levels of the US special operations community. He is a Military Physical Training Specialist, Special Operations Combat Controller, triathlete and mixed martial artist. Lauren broke, and still holds, the Department of Defense s long-standing underwater record by swimming 133 meters, on one breath, subsurface, for 2 minutes and 23 seconds, until losing consciousness. He lives in Tampa Bay, Florida.
