Leonardo Boff (Brasilien) ist einer der Gründerväter der Theologie der Befreiung und hat als Erster die Ökologie als ihr zentrales Thema erkannt. Er ist Träger des Alternativen Nobelpreises und Mitautor der Erd-Charta.
