Well tendered and uniquely set, I really did enjoy reading this book. Mister Eller has a straightforward way to weave an intricate tale, and just enough flare and surprise to smack those taste buds that rarely get a treat. Only in one or two spots did I find an error of timeline, such as a single dinner served twice, but it was not enough to stale the tale. The settings are both familiar and fantastic. The characters fresh. The plot both time honored and newly spun. An all around joy to read!

A Delicious blend mordern and western worlds with a large helpings of crowd pleasing traits.. a reluctant hero, brave sensual women and easy to hate villains. All this in a sci-fi matrix with plausible science. Would make a great script for a movie!

A true Sci-Fi original story. What a fresh of breath air to read. Not just another version of the same type of story you run into lately! Intrigue, Drama, Mystery, Love, and Loss. Yet it keeps you spell bound to the end. A real page turner. A must read!!!!

About the author

Mark Eller spent twenty years happily writing stories and then throwing them away. Then he met his future wife. She got mad about him throwing things away so he then happily began writing books, publishing his shorts, and creating audiofiction podcasts, including The Hell Hole Tavern, Mercy Bend, and Traitor book one of the Turner Chronicles. He can be found most days sitting in his man cave with his fingers busy typing because new stories are constantly running through his head.
