In the book the authors share their knowledge and experience, gained during a 30-35 year period of work within IT dependent businesses and software development companies/departments. By doing so they want to acknowledge the talented, hardworking and faithful employees in IT dependent businesses and system development departments.

About the author

Margaretha Granberg has during 35 years had the privileged to personally work with businesses which have applied different kinds of technology to increase efficiency, improve quality and refine business models. She could never imagine how deep into business processes, business development and change management, for so many different branches, her initial work at IBM would take her.

Lars Magnusson has a long career in system development with experience from large, multi-national businesses as well as from small entrepreneurs. Lars is now working on software for the Swedish police handling Swedish passports and border control. The mission is to modernize and enhance the software. Actually it is to set up agile refinement for that business process.
