Hero for the Holidays

This was a good story overall but I personally would have liked to have seen the storyline focus more on Fia and Landry's romance and relationship than what it did. But that's just my opinion. One of my favorite parts of Hero for the Holidays was when Fia realized that she still had feelings for Landry after all of the years they were apart along with the scene where they go to pick out a Christmas tree. These were a couple of my favorite lines/quotes from Hero for the Holidays; "He had been the boy that her fifteen-year-old heart had raced for, and now he was exactly the man that her twenty-nine-year-old self wanted to climb like a tree." "But the other problem was that Landry himself was just undeniably hot. His whole cowboy thing had always done stuff to her. That white hat, his tight shirt. His tight jeans." This is a good book and I think that anyone who loves reading cowboy romances would really enjoy it. 🙂

Another winner in the Four Corners Ranch series! This is the book I've been waiting for- I loved finally learning Landry and Fia's story. Throughout the series they have hated each other and we finally learn why - and it was even better than I could have hoped for. Fans of the genre will love this book. While part of a series, this is a stand alone novel, however it's so good that you really owe it to yourself to read them all. The author is on my must read authors' list.

On the Four Corners Ranch Landry King brings home Lila, a teenage daughter, for the first time. No one has ever known about this and this starts the rumor mill. Lila has lost her adoptive parents and desperately needs a family. The untamed cowboy, Landry, at Christmas time welcomes Lila and becomes a father he’s never been able to be since her birth. I thoroughly enjoyed it! It was original, witty and imaginative during this Christmas season. Showed how to love in so many ways! Thks NetGalley
