About the author

 Lucia St. Clair Robson served two years in the Peace Corps, then worked as a teacher and librarian in Brooklyn, NY, Japan, South Carolina, and Arizona before moving to Maryland.  After writing novels about the Comanches, the Cherokees, Seminoles and Japanese, she decided to write about her own people: Anglicans.
