I will change my review if the author or someone can help me solve the issue I have with this book. One thing that is mentioned early in the book is something called the "2 week quick slim" meal plan that the author claims is something offered to anyone who purchases the book; however, nowhere other than in testimonials is this mentioned. The author claims to provide a 2 week meal plan to get into the idea of cooking 400 calorie meals. So confused why the book would claim to offer the reader a meal plan but then not have one in the book at all. I feel somewhat slighted by this misinformation as it was one of the reasons I purchased the book. The information in the book as well as the recipes are good, but the false advertising is somewhat unforgivable.
