I liked this romance. Sookie and Chase are both emotionally wounded, have heavy baggage and have erected high walls around their hearts. Their powerful attraction and smoky chemistry leads to a "no strings" arraignment. However, things get much more complicated when love begins to grow. A very enjoyable read.

She's playing with the big boys and determined she won't get burned. Let the fireworks begin. Leslie North is back with a scorcher of a read. Lighting Fire shoots off sparks at every turn. Chase and Sookie could be each others heaven, if they can make it through the hell headed their way. Sookie is a woman with a great may strengths, but Chase could be her downfall in more ways then one. Flame-worthy reading.

Chase and his boss's sister really ignite flames in this thrilling story. She's a helicopter pilot and he's a firefighter that really set the pages on fire with the intensity of their romance. Can they keep it low keyed without feelings getting involved especially in a small town where everyone knows everything. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
