About the author
Elinor Bicks wurde 1966 in Darmstadt geboren und wuchs zum Teil im Odenwald auf. Sie studierte Romanistik in Heidelberg und Bogota. Nach Ausflügen in den Journalismus und als Sprachlehrerin landete sie in der Werbung, wo sie bis heute als Texterin und Strategin für international bekannte Marken tätig ist. Elinor Bicks gewann für ihre Arbeiten mehrere Awards und publizierte unter anderem in der Frankfurter Allgemeinen Sonntagszeitung. Die Autorin lebt in der Mainmetropole Frankfurt und hält sich auch heute noch gerne im Odenwald auf.
