Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter Collection 1-5

When I first read Anita Blake Vampire Hunter, it was in softback form & I quickly read the first 5 books in succession. I love the Writer's view of the 🌍 & her take on it. Never in my life since the debut of Buffy the Vampire Slayer & Charmed have I been so caught up & immersed in a 🌎 of amazing fantasy & story telling.

I started reading the Anita Blake series in high school. About 15 years later, the characters so have a soft place in my heart. She's the one who inspired me to pursue polyamory, and the reason I called my polycule my pard for the longest. I will always have Anita Blake, and by extension, Laurell K. Hamilton to thank for sharing a portion of who I have become.

Anita Blake vampire Hunter, animator, in the stealer of hearts LOL. This woman can honestly survive anything. I sign myself envying Anita's very much. The thing she goes through and still comes out strong as ever. I think the biggest reason for that is so little thing is just so stubborn LOL I love Anita's spunky attitude, is sarcasm cracks me up at every turn. Although at times I find myself not liking her very much as a person. However I cannot bring myself away from the book.
