I really enjoyed this book, not just the thriller element of it, which really put me on the edge of my seat, but also the experience of motherhood which I related to so strongly. The beautiful references to breathing them in, wanting them near you all the time, the feelings you get inside you when they tell you someone has been unkind to them at school, the innocence, how they grow so quickly and how you don't feel worthy of them. It was written so well that at times it made my heartache I had to go into my daughter's bedroom and kiss her forehead as she slept! Thank you for a lovely story!

Not written in a gripping way, I skimmed many pages which were full of unnecessary detail. The twists were ok but didn't leave me shocked and I just didn't care enough. Not impressed, couldn't wait to finish it so I could get rid of it. Feel bad for writing a scathing review but I'm being honest.

This was a really great book. When you start reading you just can't stop. There weren't many downsides to this book but there was only one that really bothered me. There were just so many unnecessary pages that were not needed. Besides this, it's a really great book and I defiantly recommend it.
