Ruth E. Lerchster ist Psychologin mit Schwerpunkt Gruppendynamik; sie lehrt an den Universitäten Klagenfurt und Graz, ist Trainerin und Organisationsberaterin und Mitglied des Instituts für Interventionsforschung und Kulturelle Nachhaltigkeit.
