What a fun new multi-author series, by my fave authors! I have loved every Lainey Davis book I’ve ever picked up, but this one is 👍. I really enjoyed this close proximity, second chance high school sweethearts romance while they had to save the farm, and work through Crohn’s flare-ups. Having real life experiences like this make books more realistic and enjoyable. Lia and Ethan are a great couple - I definitely recommend this to all! Lainey Davis is a great author!

What a great kickoff to this series! So many wonderful characters, animals and antics in this fun small town. The surrounding town names are hilarious and will make you giggle. Lia has returned to town to take care of some business…but not everyone is happy about it. She is strong and determined to get the job done but she has a few bumps along the way…including her heart. Ethan is a fantastic and caring man who is a hard working, protector and a wonderful human.

3.5* Ethan and Lia A new series based on the Bedd siblings and written by different authors and each author gets a sibling. After the death of their grandfather the Bedd family learn the farm is facing foreclosure due to the huge debt they owe and there is some hostility between Ethan the oldest and his brothers. Ethan and Lia were high school sweethearts that had plans for a future until she just left. Now back sent by her company to help this family save the farm. A cute, sweet second chance.
