About the author
As a management consultant and coach, Kim Krisco's recent client roster has included 3Com, DTE Energy, NEC America, Verizon, GTE, and R. R. Donnelley. His international experience includes work with British Rail and Russia's Kamaz International, and his other books include Leadership and the Art of Conversation and Aikido Leadership.
