About this ebook

Gimme an F!

F!

Gimme a U!

U!

What’s that spell?

FU!

Graduating Forks University Fashion Academy was the first step in my carefully designed plan to make a name for myself and my label, Minx, in the fashion world.

Being pestered by playboy Preston Lancaster was a tale as old as time. But being turned on by my big brother’s prankster best friend was the latest—and I was a notorious trendsetter.

From faux pas to ménage à trois, my feelings for Preston were getting too haute to handle while my relationship with my boyfriend, Jeff, was becoming so last season.

I was a Beta Alpha Delta—a BAD girl for life—and Jeff was a Delta Iota Kappa—the DIK of my dreams. But even our Greek letters couldn’t hold us together when my Prince Charming turned into a completely jealous psycho.

Preston came to my rescue, but now, he was standing in my way. I needed to stay focused on my fast track to the runway. After all, he was my sworn enemy. But it didn’t feel that way when I was wrapped up in his arms—and in his sheets.

My resolve was hanging on by a thread … and so were my panties.

Sew Haute was such a different read for me and I absolutely loved it! What I anticipated and what I got from it were completely different. This was the first book I’ve read by Kat Addams and it was a great introduction to her writing. This is the complex but fast moving story of Madison and Preston. Madison is an absolute formidable force, she knows what she wants from life and she isn’t afraid to get it. Preston is a classic playboy with hints of something just below the surface that he seems almost afraid to let escape for fear it’ll tarnish his playboy, carefree reputation. He was not a character I found immediately engaging right off the bat but I can’t say Madison was for me either, I didn’t dislike them by any means, they were just different. As the story progressed I was actually glad that they were written the way they were and that my feelings were mixed as I, in a sense, evolved WITH the characters while reading through the book. My favorite thing Ms. Addams does with these two is that by the end there isn’t some massive personality change. She stayed true to the characters and who they were at the core, they grow into their personalities and lives. It was an incredibly enjoyable read. Something I think that’s important to mention is that while there is a lot happening on the surface of the book, between innuendoes, banter, comedy etc., the deeper parts of it is really something special to read. Great book would definitely recommend.

This is Preston and Madison’s story. Preston is Madison’s brother best friend, and they have been enemies for years. Madison is focused on graduating and then following her dream in the fashion world. Madison is in a relationship with her boyfriend Michael, but over time he has made her insecure and the spark she always had is gone. Preston is a playboy and spending time with Madison is hilarious with the crazy antics they do to each other as they challenge each other. This is a well written tale which is an enemies / lover’s story which has steamy chemistry, and with angst and drama which all leads to a fun and entertaining storyline. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Another fantastic book for this series! Enemies-to-lovers is one of my favorite tropes and goodness knows, Preston and Madison are definitely on the enemies side at the start of the book. Their interactions are often snarky and hilarious, but there's something more between them just below the surface. Neither of them are easy to connect with at the start of the story, but it doesn't take long before that feeling began to change; I loved seeing the changes in their behavior, how they grow and mature; it's written in such a way that it felt like I was also experiencing the same changes.
