Their After Hours Playbook by Ms. Booth is a really good story...it was the first by this author that I had read. Enemies to Lovers workplace romance...so many things about the story to like. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This story is about two rivals finding out how the really work together. Paige and Zach are both sports agents working in rival companies. They meet in Vegas and sparks fly. There is a history there that could come between them as well as family and underhanded tactics. I like the characters and enjoyed the story.

That was so ridiculously fun. It had all the sparks and spice of the best enemies to lovers stories. Set against a backdrop of the cut-throat world of professional sports, with a twist on age gap romance in the ten years between our heroine and her younger hero; Paige and Zach made me stupid-happy. I loved seeing a woman being successful in a field that not many women consider for a career. And Zach’s quiet, gentle pursuit was really sweet to witness.

Karen Booth is a Midwestern girl transplanted in the South, raised on '80s music and way too many readings of “Forever” by Judy Blume. Married to her real-life Jake Ryan, she has two amazing kids with epic hair, a very bratty cat, and loves getting up before dawn to write romance. With plenty of sparks.
