I was on a quest to read 52 books a year in 2017, while attending a class with my wife in leadership at North Carolina A&T State University. One of the assigned readings for the PhD. Program was synchronicity. I was so excited about the Professor Dr Tom and his ability to teach. But it was something about the quote from the book synchronicity that change my course. I felt as though the lane merge together and I don't think it will ever separate.

Joseph Jaworski is a founder and the chairman of both Generon International and the Global Leadership Initiative and is the founder of the American Leadership Forum. In the early 1990s, he led the Shell International scenario team in London. He is a coauthor of Presence.
