About the author
John McKey is a retired advertising executive who, besides writing fiction for young readers, enjoys landscape painting, golf and horseback riding. His interest in history is reflected in several of his stories, as is also his enthusiasm for music. For many years he and his late wife competed as amateur ballroom dancers winning the North American Senior Championships and four times winning the United States Senior Championships. He now divides his time between his homes in New England and Florida.
