I liked that this book offers clear (not vague) advice on how to identify then control feelings of panic and anxiety. It covers lots of ground, from the many signs of panic, their causes and the variety of ways one can treat anxiety, both reflexively and proactively. This is also good advice for anyone in any situation that may involve stress or unease.

Everyone become anxious sooner or later. However ones must know how to control it. I didn't knew, but after reading it i got basic idea. If you still dont know, then must read it.

I fear from darkness. No matter how hard i try, i become anxious in darkness. Book is really helpful. Now i can at least try to be calm. I don't know whether i will be succeeded or not.

About the author

Jamie lives in New Orleans with his wife and their two sons. He owns a successful retail business and while in his 30s began to suffer from sudden and debilitating panic attacks, which began to affect his ability to work.  Jamie began a journey to learn how to effectively manage his anxiety and this book is the product of years of research and learning.
