Important for any philosophy student or philosopher in understanding current sociological and political dilemmas in today's world. As well as the need to bridge sciences and religious studies.
About the author
Jacques Ellul (1912-1994) was a professor at the University of Bordeaux, a social activist, and a prolific writer.
Willem H. Vanderburg is an author and the founding director of the Centre for Technology and Social Development at the University of Toronto.
