Lauren's mom marries Charles's dad. And the 2 are instantly drawn to the other at the wedding. Lauren fights it feeling it would be wrong for them to be together. She tries rejecting his gifts and ignoring his calls. But she ends up realizing she truly loves him. Sweet ending!

I wish the author came up with more chapters because this kind of story tends to have more material for romance, drama and even tragedy. All in all though, the writing is good.
