Talk to the Bunny When Afraid This is the story of Maribus Honey, a rabbit that lives on the moon and listens to children's and other bunnies' fears and helps them go away. The story is told in rhyming couplets, typically one set on each page. I thought the book needed more color as it is mostly white and gray. This story is sweet as first the moon bunny is looking over parts of the Earth and then decides to come down because he's lonely. There he meets a friendly girl bunny who shares that when she is afraid, she looks at the moon and tells him about her concerns. The book ends with a call to the child being read to, that he or she should talk to Maribus Honey on the moon when they are afraid. I received a free copy of this book, but that did not affect my review.

My four year old said, “I like it five stars and more!” We read this sweet tale of the bunny on the moon and how he was lonely and came to earth to make a friend. My daughter loved the characters and I found the story very adorable. This is a perfect bed time story for littles! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
