About this ebook

We offer thanks to God Almighty for the completion of the preparation ofthe Investment Profile of Kaimana Regency, 2024. The aim of creating the regional investment profile is to provide comprehensive and holistic information regarding regional conditions including potential and regional distribution, availability of supporting infrastructure, regulatory information and incentives, social and economic aspects, labor, permits and social security conditions as well as other convenience conditions as supporting factors in realizing investment activities in the regions.

Investment itself is one of the instruments that is expected to synergize in achieving 5 (five) regional development goals, namely: 1) increasing and equalizing people’s income, 2) creating employment opportunities, 3) opening business opportunities, 4) increasing access and quality of public services, and 5)increasing regional competitiveness.

With the regional investment profile, it is hoped that it can encourage the dissemination of information regarding the ease of investing in Kaimana Regency, for promotional purposes and the business climate for both PMDN and PMA.

Finally, we express our high appreciation to all parties for completing the profile. Our hope is that the book can open better investment opportunities in the future for the successful achievement of the Kaimana MAS 2045 Vision.
