Armenia is a landlocked country located in the South Caucasus region of Eurasia. It has a population of approximately 3 million people and covers an area of 29,743 square kilometers. Armenia regained independence in 1991 following the collapse of the Soviet Union. Today, Armenia is a rapidly developing country with a diverse economy and a rich cultural heritage.
