Greg Felker is Assistant Professor in the Division of Social Science at Hon g Kon g University of Science and Technology. Raja h Rasia h is Professor of Industrial Organization in the Institute of Malaysian and International Studies at the National University of Malaysia, Selangor. He is the author of Foreign Capital and Industrialization in Malaysia (1995).
