Allow yourself to be persuaded by the truth of God being your loving Father Who Himself tenderly loves you. After all, faith is in essence divine persuasion. God persuades with the definitive display and proof of His love for us as seen in Jesus Christ and Him crucified.  

All of God’s wonderful promises and plans for you and I have been reduced to writing in the Holy Bible. The Son of God descended from heaven as Jesus the Christ to explain God. You can run to the bank with it. 

I am not ashamed of the gospel because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes. God is pleased through the foolishness of what is being publicly proclaimed about Jesus Christ to save those who believe.  

God loves us. This is truth.  

Jesus came to persuade us of that truth. He did that by His death, burial, and resurrection. By Jesus Christ and Him crucified, you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. 

In the course of writing this book, I believe the Lord brought two of my friends on the journey through Facebook posts. The post by Xanny Ang on mutual expectations inspired the opening portion of the book. The sharing by Judy Huang is such a beautiful description of Jesus’ love for us that it formed the perfect closing.  

God does not force His love on us. He persuades. 

So, sit back, relax and enjoy this exhilarating experience of divine persuasion.
