In the times ahead, investment will become the backbone as well as the driving force of the economy. One of the key drivers of the evolving and sustainable investment climate is through investment promotion. Investment promotion is conducted in an effort to attract the interest of investors, both domestic (PMDN) and foreign (PMA) investors.

The Sorong Regency Government sees the need to develop adequate information for business actors and prospective investors as a means of enhancing the participation of the private sector in the development of Sorong Regency. Therefore, the preparation of the Investment Profile of Sorong Regency is highly beneficial for investors and business actors to understand the overview of potential and investment opportunities in Sorong Regency in sectors such as Agriculture, Plantation, Livestock, Forestry and Fisheries, Tourism Sector, and other sectors.
