Four years ago, Dimitri Petrov had his leg blown off by a landmine while in military service. Suffering from PTSD, he doesn’t do crowds, and he doesn’t do people. Dimitri has lost his leg, has PTSD, and can't handle crowds. He keeps to himself and then Elian walks into his life. This story made me happy and it made me feel good. I really enjoyed it.

Oh my goodness!!! I absolutely adored this romance. War vet Dimitri has serious PTSD and taking one day at a time...in flies Elian like a whirlwind, all color and sass, who brings Dimitri back to life. It really was fate that brought Elian into his life. I really loved Elian...his flashiness plus his insecure side had me so hoping that he will find happiness with himself and with someone...someone like Dimitri. Both need each other...more than their so called fake relationship that came oh so real. Dimitri sister Irina was a hoot...I loved her. So many times while reading I was smiling and awwwwing all throughout...this really was sweet novella. What I like reading in romances. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
