A historical romance full of action, intense moments, emotional scenes and some action. If you love the instalove trope, this one's for you. It was done quite well. There are quite a few trigger warnings: - Loss of a loved one; - Seeing a parent die violently; - The villain inflicts pain on others for pleasure; - Characters get visions and dreams from ghosts - past relatives that have died. It was a 3 star until almost the end where the story made me cry, so that gained another star. Spicy read.
