The Supreme Court of India has been dealing extensively on sexual violence and the need for ensuring comfort, dignity and security of the rape victims. "Rapist not only violets the victim’s privacy and personal integrity, but inevitably causes serious psychological as well as physical harm in the process. A murderer destroys the physical body of his victim; a rapist degrades the very soul of the Helpless female". It destroys the whole personality of the victim. "HElPLESS SOUL" endeavours to search for the resources, the victim clings to, to find a compelling reason to continue 'life. It is a sad reflection on attitude of indifference of society towards the violation of human dignity of the victims of sex crimes.

He shifted from village Karma, Bikramganj, Rohtas (Bihar) to Hazaribag (Jharkhand) where he completed his primary as well as secondary education. Many prizes were owned by him for singing on the beats of 'Table Tablas' and best drama actor for the role of Nathuram Godse in Jallianwala Bagh massacre. He is a recognized member of the social organization named "Youth for Swaraj", which rebels against molestation and this has been well picturised in his Novel the "HELPLESS SOUL". The inexorable condition of society and glimpses of everlasting shoreless love has been brought into vision.
He was a renowned teacher at Mount Litera Zee School and teaching in Yugal Shanti Middle High School added a provocating experience to his life. He won certificate of excellence award by IDEAL EYES for his contribution towards English Literature for his Debut Novel “HELPLESS SOUL”. He intents at letting youth recognize their cryptic aptitudes cum efficiency and infinite potential that they possess & can change this world, creates awareness of their individual, social and spiritual botheration. His purpose is to defeat the trivial, empty and sordid phobias of youths. “He motivates to simplify and beautify life and reaching destinations”!!
