Lights, Camera, Action Any book that takes me behind the scenes of the entertainment industry is an automatic ‘must read’ for me. Give me romance, the paranormal, and a mystery along with the bright lights and I am even more intrigued. Catherine’s story is a quick, light read that introduces us to the paranormals of Las Vegas and the Peterson Talent Agency that represents so many of them. This book was a lot of fun to read and I’m sure the rest of the series will be too. I’m already looking forward to the next book. Reset to One I love when a series gets even better with a new book, and that’s exactly what this one did. Evie’s a vampire with trust issues. Ryan’s a human with the same problem. The chemistry sizzles between them from their very first meeting. When Ryan’s best friend is charged with murder, those issues rear their ugly heads. Both want to be right, so the only option left is to solve the murder while investigating the chemistry between them. Until a ghost from Evie’s past throws a wrench into the works. Some of the things I appreciate most about this series is that: first, the story is dedicated to solving the mystery and second, the time is spent developing the connection between the characters. There’s attraction at first sight but in the books so far it’s been more complication than benefit. That's a Wrap Just like the previous books in the series, this was fun and funny with a compelling murder mystery and a sweet romance. I was drawn to Mia the first time we met her, and I loved this opportunity to know her better. I’m still not sure if I like or am more frustrated by the fact that we don’t get to know the gentlemen in this series as well as we do the ladies. Because homicide detective Jacob sounds like he could be utterly fascinating. After reading the excerpt of what’s next to come in the series, I can’t wait to see where this is about to take us. I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book through Booksprout.

The entertainment industry of Las Vegas collides with the supernatural underworld in this fun, flirty, fantasy series. This book contains the first three books of the Paranormal Talent Agency in one collection. Titles include: Lights, Camera, Action (Episode 1); Reset to One (Episode 2); and That’s a Wrap (Episode 3). Below is a review of one of the stories so you can see what you might expect inside. *** Reviewing “THAT’S A WRAP (EPISODE 3)” *** Mia Fynn is a 200-year-old nixie (water spirit) and a movie producer in Las Vegas. She was watching her lead actor just beginning a Facebook Live interview to promote the film, when he turns his head and mentions hearing something. He was distracted a second time. Then noises like a firecracker sounded behind him, and someone commented on-screen to RUN since someone in LA had been killed in a similar situation. The noise stopped and Chad relaxed again but was suddenly pulled backward out of sight. Mia called 9-1-1 and told the dispatcher she would meet the police at Chad’s house – despite their protests. Using her nixie powers at the crime scene, she convinced the cop that it was okay to let her beyond the crime-scene tape. She walked up to her friend, Catherine, who was talking to a handsome detective. Catherine told her Chad was dead. She introduced Mia to Detective Jacob Dawson and, as their hands touched at the introduction, sparks literally flew! Mia decided to “assist” Detective Jacob Dawson with the murder investigation, whether that help is appreciated or not. She began to ask some very intelligent questions, which raised his suspicions as she spoke! She decided to back off a bit, they exchanged phone numbers, and she drove home, wondering what was going on with her and the shocks when she touched him. This was another fun murder mystery in this series. The words just flow off the page! The characters were described well, were very likable, and the reader could see the instant chemistry between Mia and the detective. Will a romance follow, or will he be too exasperated from her help to pursue one? Grab your copy and enjoy these delightful stories!

The paranormal talent agency is a great collection of paranormal adventure, romance, murder and mayhem What happens in Vegas just might go global- and it might not be taken seriously by non supernaturals Demons, witches, sprites and more keep things lively- and sometimes deadly Awesome collection of fun and furor I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
