I've read several books written by Heather Scarlett; she is becoming one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of her books. This is the third book in the Chateau Felicity Series; it is a stand-alone short story. The story is about Francesca & Aidan. This book is part of a series with interconnected characters. It can be read as a standalone. Francesca is up for a prestigious award for someone her age. She has worked hard to get to where she is, only to find that a celebrity chef has swooped in to take over the kitchen. Though attracted to each other, their positions put them at odds.they work hard to reach a compromise on all levels. This author does a fantastic job of bringing two unlikely people together. I enjoyed their subtle attraction

Heather Scarlett lives in Southern California, though her heart is in Montana where she lived for six wonderful years. She loves big sky, wide open spaces, and cowboys. Heather writes small town romance that feels like home and is equal parts sweet and emotionally satisfying. Her heroines are strong and sassy and her heroes are rugged and capable. Heather's stories are family focused and relationship driven.
