Perlindungan hak-hak mereka yang berdasarkan konvensi-konvensi hak asasi manusia harus dilindungi apalagi banyak di antara pengungsi merupakan anak-anak yang rentan terpengaruh hal buruk atas kondisi memprihatinkan mereka di negara “sementara” sebelum ke negara tujuan.

Tashya Baasithu Pamungkas, S.H., lahir di Tegal, 31 Maret 1999. Penulis menempuh pendidikannya di SD N Tegalsari 1 Kota Tegal pada tahun 2005-2011, SMP N 10 Kota Tegal pada tahun 2011-2014, SMK N 2 Kota Tegal pada tahun 2014-2017, dan S1 Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pancasakti Tegal pada tahun 2017- 2021.
